Role Overview:
As a Technical Writer at Entangle, you’ll be central to producing clear, engaging documentation that makes complex DeFi, LSDFi, data, and crypto concepts accessible to a wide audience. With your expertise in technical communication, quality assurance, and familiarity with GitBook, you’ll ensure our documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with technical and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including technical articles, user guides, API documentation, and other instructional materials.
– Organize, structure, and format documentation using GitBook, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
– Collaborate with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather accurate technical details and verify content accuracy.
– Conduct light quality assurance on documentation to ensure all guides and materials are clear, error-free, and work as intended.
– Work closely with the marketing team to align technical documentation with brand narratives and communication strategies.
– Stay updated with trends in DeFi, LSDFi, data oracles, and the Web3 landscape to keep documentation relevant and up-to-date.
– Gather and incorporate feedback from users and developers to continuously enhance documentation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
– Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the crypto or Web3 industry, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
– Strong understanding of DeFi and Web3 technologies, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
– Experience producing world class technical guides and gitbooks.
– Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in maintaining accuracy and coherence.
– Experience dealing with developer community feedback.
– Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a remote work environment.
– Availability to work primarily within UAE business hours.
