Marketing and Design Generalist

We seek a versatile Marketing and Design Generalist to elevate our brand presence by creating engaging, multi-channel content. The ideal candidate has the ability to craft compelling narratives and develop written content and creative assets.

We are headquartered in Flatiron in New York City but this position offers the flexibility for global candidates to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: Collaborate with the founders to oversee the research and development for written content for Loopscale’s Twitter, newsletter, and blog. You’ll write tweets, long-form posts on company theses or market trends, technical partnership announcements, and product updates.

• Media Development: Conceptualize, design, and iterate to produce creative social media assets, motion graphics, animations, and videos. Examples include animated product mock-ups and explainer videos.

• Brand: Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Strong storytelling abilities with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.

  • Excellent research skills and the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex topics.

• Design Skills

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.

  • Proficiency or willingness to learn design software (e.g. Figma) and motion design software (e.g. Jitter, Adobe After Effects).

• Knowledge & Executional Ability

  • Strong communication and project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of DeFi and blockchain ecosystem and its trends and cultural/creative ethos.
