Administrative Specialist (Mandarin speaker)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative specialist to manage our Japan branch’s administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage banking affairs for the Japan branch, including account management and fund transfers.
- Handle tax-related matters, including tax filings, payments, and tax consultations.
- Oversee employee medical insurance matters, including enrollment and claims.
- Manage visa-related tasks, including visa applications and renewals.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher, with relevant administrative management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Japanese banking, tax, and healthcare regulations and processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office software and other office equipment.
- High standards of professional ethics and integrity, with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong learning ability and stress resistance, able to handle work pressure.
- Good team spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Chinese; no need for Japanese work visa support.
