Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to engage and grow our Tectum community on Telegram and Discord. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, with a can-do attitude and experience in managing online communities. You’ll moderate discussions, organize events, manage community moderators, and foster a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Moderate and engage the Tectum community on Telegram and Discord.

·    Develop and execute community growth strategies.

·    Organize AMAs, events, and contests.

·    Oversee community moderator team, including managing rotas, activity levels, and performance reviews.

·    Respond to community questions and feedback.

·    Collaborate with marketing and product teams for updates and announcements.

Requirements:

·    Proven experience managing Telegram and Discord communities.

·    Strong blockchain knowledge or experience with similar projects.

·    Excellent communication and conflict management skills.

·    Experience organizing events and promotions.

·    Familiarity with community analytics tools and content creation.

·    Experience managing a team of moderators.

·    Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
