UI/UX Designer – DeFi

The Role

• Design: Develop UX artifacts (wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams) for global DeFi products.Testing: Execute usability testing to refine interfaces.Contribute to our marketing efforts by working closely with the respective teamsCollaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive product solutions.Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years in UI/UX design, with 1-2 years in web3/DeFi.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated experience in fast-paced or startup environments.Portfolio showcasing UI/UX acumen in complex systems.Skilled in scalable UI design and rapid integration.Work with a decentralized global team across multiple timezones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in community management, content creation, or social media.Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.Interest in financial markets, investment, and asset management.
